Driver is up to date,Have unplugged the USB receiver and restarted computer,still will not work. If thre’s a touchpad, turn it off to improve mouse performance. Is there a connection button on the receiver as well? Follow the instructions provided by the installation wizard to install the software. Ask a Question Usually answered in minutes! Unfortunately, since it is wireless, you MUST have the correct drivers software that allows your computer to communicate with the deviceand the only way you can get the correct drivers is through the manufacturer and choose the right model.
Normally you need to press the connect button on the mouse, and then on the receiver shortly there after. Previously, I had disarm the receiver, but all was fine, so I’d arm again the receiver and plug to laptop; I’d press both buttons and mouse work.
I had the same problem until I read in the instruction book that you also have to press the “button” on the USB receiver, then it began working fine. Once you get them both “blinking” it works great.
